The location. Short drive to shopping and dining.Hotel staff was not very friendly! Maybe just a bad couple of days!Convenient location to restaurants and shopping, as well as sight seeing. Easy access to Bristol Motor Speedway.

Breakfast provided by staff in lobby.N/AThis hotel was what I expected for a break in driving. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly.

Convenient area for travel.Tiny bathroom.It was ok, but next time I would probably want at least a 2.5!
