Very polite staff.
A little far from where I wanted to be but not too bad.
This hotel was great all in all. Very good value, very nice quiet facility with plenty of parking. Located in a good area.

Beds too soft, room was squished with sofa bed open.
Comfortable for 2, but beyond that, the suite is way too small to accommodate an open sofa bed. There were literally 6 inches between the foot of the bed and the foot of the open sofa bed. I expected more room. The bed was also too soft to be comfortable....Read More

We got there at 130am after summerfest in milwaukee. The man at the desk was friendly and helpful, but we had a pull out sofa sleeper that had no sheets on it. I went to the front desk to get sheets, blankets, etc. They had no blankets left, he had nothin...Read More
