Friendly staff, clean rooms, and very comfortable.
N/AWhen I go to Brownsville, this is my hotel of choice! They are accommodating and so friendly and helpful. It's a very relaxed, upscale, comfortable hotel, and I enjoy it every time I stay there.

They went out of there way to make your stay a pleasant one.Nothing negative to say about this hotel.The evening desk clerk that is pregnant with twins, she seems like the type of person that never meets a stranger, I just can't say enough about her. Super nice lady.
