It was recently renovated, the staff was very helpful, had cookies at front desk, great breakfast.
Located next to a gas station, but did not affect the quality of the hotel.
We had a wonderful stay, I would recomend it highly. It was reasonably priced on all sites. The staff was great with all our question, and the rooms were new and clean.

We were very comfortable.
We got to the hotel late and they gave us a few hours later to check out.

Good location, nice breakfast.
Carpets were stained, upholstery had spills, and wall paper was peeling.
Needs some refurbishing.

Breakfast, nice clean rooms, very helpful staff, simple weight room, safe, near gas station, near expressway.
Laptop was busy, neighborhood leading up to hotel not great.
I called the hotel staff and they gave me accurate directions and suggested. I stay away from the Lobster Fest traffic. Nice breakfast, clean rooms.
