N/AN/AThoroughly un-enjoyable stay as the hotel is in serious need of upgrade in several arenas. Cheap rate was all that it had going for it, but the quality of the stay would prompt us to avoid this chain going forward.

Great location for hockey games at HSBC.Temperature was difficult to regulate. - Elevators very slow.Great location, good service, good parking and fine rooms. Our experience was hampered by very noisy guests; however, the hotel was very accommodating and proactive in dealing with this situation.

The hotel was clean, the food was slightly overpriced but tasty. I enjoyed the size of the workout room and the view of a white Buffalo.Parking cost way to much, and everything within walking distance of the hotel closes at 6pm. If only buffalo could stay open till 8pm.The hotel was quality. The rooms were clean, the view was nice and the extras were comforting. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.Noise from I-190 was very pronounced.Hotel was neat and clean, but rooms were small, and furniture & carpets were worn. Even on the 8th floor the rooms were very noisy due to the proximity to I-190.
