The room was clean and well kept.N/AThe hotel appearance was good. The room was clean and well kept - worth the money. Check-in was easy and the clerk was friendly. The location was convenient for the Buffalo Grove area with many restaurants nearby. I would stay here again.

We were upgraded to a room with a sliding glass door for smoking access.Bathroom door was in the way. No ashtrays outside.This is a great hotel, located in a great area. The beds are very comfortable. I enjoyed having access to the garden area directly from my room. The bathroom door is inconveniently placed, as it almost hits the toilet seat when opened. It was comfortable, surprisingly luxurious for the price.There was nothing to dislike.My grand daughter and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I didn't expect it to be so nice for the price. The $10 breakfast buffet was fabulous, with made to order omelets, bacon, fresh pastry.

Convenience to family locations.Exterior in in need of repair in many places.For short term business; very good for family short stays, very good for the short term itinerant. Long term stay is not too convenient.

Spacious room with coffee maker.Chicago's Humid, rainy weather.Small hotel with spacious rooms, conference areas, pool facilities, and on-site restaurant in a fairly convenient location.
