It was close to where I needed to be.
Plumbing was horrible.

Too steep of stairs. Very difficult getting out of parking lot, no room to turn around in.

Staff was extremely friendly. Located near shopping areas also right by Universal studios. Springs were felt on every part of the bed.

Location.
Not everybody gets a parking space and only one handicapped space and no elevators some had to park on the street and were worried about a parking tic.
Bed soft and clean room clean with microwave and fridge pastries and coffee in the morning. Parking is bad some must park on street and when you park in the lot must back out to get out onto a very busy street and only one handicap space in the whole lot.

It was close to the Airport.
Low hot water pressure. TV did not catch all of the channels listed. The iron was leaking water.
When I checked in I was told that the water to the building was off. Once the water was restored the hot water pressure was too low to take a shower. I had to shower at a local friends home. The TV did not catch all of the channels listed on a card on to...Read More
