The hotel staff was fantatic and the room was perfect.NA.I cannot express the friendliness of the hotel staff. The room was exceptional, clean and fit our needs to a tee.

Easy check in and good breakfast.NA.We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were a group of nine and liked the connecting rooms that are children, could go back and forth as they pleased.

The people were friendly. The A/C worked. It was clean. The price was fair. It was convenient.The cokes were priced to high. The check out time is to soon from the check in time.I like the fact that the beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. Staff was polite, courteous and helpful.Entrance is poorly marked, lighted. Difficult to find at night.Recommend highly for its location. Staff seemed to be genuinely concerned for our comfort. Room was accommodating and bed comfortable, providing a quality nights rest. Breakfast was more than adequate.

It was a clean hotel with friendly staff. We were pleased with our stay.The rates were a little high for a small town hotel with low occupancy.We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. We would recommend this hotel to visitors to burnet, Texas.

The hotel is clean, almost upscale for a Holiday Inn Express.The continental breakfast could use some work.The hotel overall was great. The location was good and the price was a good value. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. I highly recommended staying here.
