Staff.
It was nasty.
The staff was very friendly and as helpful as I think they could be. The room was old and nasty, its not pet friendly I had to pay for my dog to stay at a kennel, the beds were full size but felt like twin and were hard as rocks.

We were really happy with the location of this hotel. While it is an older property, it shows how well they maintain it. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We have no complaints at all. As an extra plus, each room has a refrigerator and microwave.

Nice clerk.
Reeked of smoke. uncomfortable.
If all you need is a bed and don't mind smoke it is ok. continental breakfast was a joke as well.

The staff gave good, concierge like, recommendations for Cadillac and surrounding area.
The non-smoking room was actually a smoking room with what they said was "new carpet smell".
Beds were clean and comfortable. A/C works great. Pool and hot tub were among the best I've experienced anywhere. Continental breakfast was good. Room furnishings were acceptable. Just make sure your "non-smoking room" has a non-smoking sign on the door.
