The location along the Esplanade was incredibly convenient.
The decor of the room was a bit old and dated.For the money spent this hotel was an incredible value. It's location along the waterfront in Cairns was incredibly convenient. Location.Beds were poor, needed board between boxspring and mattress.Great location and clean. The only issue was the quality of the beds.

The hotel provides reliable airport transfers.Twice, when we have checked in late at night they have given us rooms without the proper bedding that we requested, i.e.,2 doubles instead of king/extra.We have stayed here about 20 times. We usually get room with breakfast. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff is friendly. The pool area needs an upgrade.
