Staff was great, room was great, price and value were great.The restaurant was so-so.The staff were great. There was a problem with the elevators so they upgraded my room. The rooms were very nice, and it's conveniently located downtown.

It was in the city and staff was very helpful.Rooms were not the quietest, but were adequate.Rooms were a little small but quite functional. Not as quiet as it could be as a lot of hall noise could be heard. However, very good location, especially for the price.

Upscale amenities, staff was very helpful, view of Calgary Flame.Tour bus took up most of the space - made picking up car difficult.We were very pleased with the amenities at this hotel. The bathroom had lots of counter space. Friendly accommodating staff moved in a cot for us. Location was great. Helpful staff. Coffee/tea or cold drinks free in lobby. Bus. Centre free & easy for rush jobs.No wireless in room, although high speed hookup was free and easy.Good central location for bus travelers.
