Near interstate.The whole stay was disappointing from check in to check out.We checked in, was told the pool was open till 11:00 pm. Went to room, changed, went to pool. It was easy to get off the expressway and there were places to get to so I could grab something to eat.Staff is not nice, nothing was clean except the lobby.For starters, the floor was dirty, there was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee pot, the pool smelled of extreme chloride that you couldn't swim because you couldn't breathe. It was easy to get to off the expressway.Room was dirty, there was a coffee maker with no coffee, and staff was not nice.Getting to the hotel was easy. Once we get to the hotel, kids are running through the hallway to go to the pool unattended. It was 20 miles from the Museum and Shedds, was easy to go to the attractions but far enough away to avoid the crowds.Pool-cold, room-dirty, bed-unchanged + dirty was shocked overall!The lobby was clean and neat. Easy access and close proximity to interstate.The beds, the beds, the beds. Friendly staff.Ice cold showers both mornings.This clean hotel is located in a poor section of town, and hard to get to due to road construction. The staff was great, although they ration the hot food during breakfast. The cold showers were unacceptable.
