TV remote wasn't working. Very dangerous windows.Aside from the TV remote not working, the card key system wasn't functioning at all requiring me to go to the front desk and get the manager(?) each time we left in order to use her card to let me/us into the room. The cleanliness was great.and the staff was very efficient and friendly.N/AWe stayed only one night but it was everything we expected plus more. The room was clean as was everywhere we went in the hotel. It was a pleasant experience.
