The beds and linens were of good quality and very comfortable.The staff of this hotel is the least friendly I have encountered in all of Mexico and at any 4 star hotel ever.Worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. Employees were friendly and usually tried to be helpful.Maid service was spotty at best, and outright bad at times.Rooms are minimally furnished. I felt I was at Days Inn! Staff is friendly, but front desk people are not well trained or knowledgeable. Maid service was ridiculously inconsistent, and overall poor, almost unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

Clean water.No direct beach access, off the main street a walk to the bus.The hotel is modern, almost stark in design. Modern theme taken even to elevator buttons, etc. Beautiful pool, but we didn't use. Not direct access to the beach
