Located in downtown Cancun, not the tourist part. Lobby and public spaces were well kept. Found hairs on the bed in our smoking room (which we asked for a non-smoking). A cultural experience but my husband and I would not stay there again!

The hotel was nice, hard to find though. My room looked into a run down apartment building with people hanging their close to dry through their windows and a empty lot with trash. If you kept the curtain shut it was nice.
