Friendly and helpful staff.Railroad noise at night was disconcerting.We would be pleased to stay here again.

The restaurant staff were pleasant.The manager, was rude and arrogant, the room unclean.My first experience with this hotel was with the front desk staff. There were two clerks on duty behind the desk, busy having a personal conversation with each other. Friendly staff, excellent location.Recommend that they provide minimal dishes and silverware in the rooms.Excellent hotel for visiting Banff and Jasper national parks. Easy access from highway. Close to shopping and restaurants. Visitors should also attend the Oh Canada, Eh show nearby.
