The staff is just great, friendly, caring, and helpful.The internet connection is antiquated and needs updating in a bad way!Staff is wonderful, the beds comfortable. Rooms are clean. Close to Banff but much less expensive.Parking lot was very dark.The Canmore Radisson was very nice and a great value. It is only 15 minutes from Banff, but is much less expensive than Banff hotels. Highly recommended.

Clean and well located.Staff was young, inexperienced both at front desk and in restaurant and not customer oriented.Good clean hotel, centrally located in Canmore, but with staff that are not well trained in customer service. Restaurant is overpriced, particularly taking into account the fairly low quality of service provided by staff.
