Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds.No elevators! You must carry your entire luggage up big flights of stairs if you are on the 2nd floor.This was a pleasant place to stay after the first night, but if you need a non smoking room be sure to make your reservations by phone and not via the internet. nothingGave us smelly smoking room, dirty, noisy.I requested 3 non-smoking rooms directly with the hotel and upon our arrival was told that there were none to be had. In room microwave and fridge.N/AVery abrupt and lazy desk clerks. Not willing to do anything to answer complaints. Answers like, I just work here. No manager could be contacted to help with complaint. Very inflexible and even rude.
