The extremely helpful staff.
Room was very small.The only complaint that I had was that I thought that the rooms were very small.

It gave me access to everything I was looking for-centralized.The banging of the doors early in the morning.Good location and overall friendly.

Very attractive room. Pretty bed linens. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of towels.No adjoining rooms. All hotel rooms in Ohio are apparently smoke-free.Great accomodations. Wonderful breakfast spread. Convenient to the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, pretty decor, great breakfast buffet.Front desk staff not friendly, inattentive.The hotel was very clean and very pretty decor. There were cookies on arrival.
