The historic district location was amazing, and the room was huge and clean.
Parking was complicated for our U-Haul. Bad night's sleep - people next door had dog, maids talked loudly outside room from 6:00 am.

Breakfast was great.
Would rather not have to pay extra for parking (but it was in a downtown area garage).
A very nice clean room with all the amenities; coffee in room, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV, radio, luggage rack. A pleasant room; view was not great. Convenient to garage (for which there was an extra $3 charge).

Good, convenient location. Very clean and attractive with many benefits. Will stay in again.
Only thing negative was food at restaurant. Very disappointing. Needs a new vendor.
All positives as above, with addition of a very convenient to Fairgrounds. You can look forward to Continental breakfast-Many choices. People (of all ages) were great.

The bed was great, big room.
The internet was slow. No wireless.
This was a great hotel. Great location and the rooms were very nice. Right in downtown Carlisle. The only thing that wasn't great was the internet was REALLY slow and no wireless internet! It was better than any other 2 star I have stayed at in the past!

Close to the college we were visiting.
Dreary decor, old fixtures, not soundproof to street.
Just ok/dreary. Met our needs but nothing special. I guess my problem was with Carlisle. Arrived at 6:30 Sunday eve & took an hour driving around till we found a decent meal where a glass of wine could be served. Everyone everywhere smoked. Loud cars outs...Read More

The bed was great!
I had to pay for parking. I did not expect this is Carlisle, PA.
It was so-so. I had a lot of trouble reaching the front desk i.e. It was understaffed. I was surprised to have been charged a surplus for parking. Having said that, the room was excellent and the bed was great!
