The front desk was kind and always helpful.Need to up grade the rooms.We were very pleased with it all the front desk, the food at Alberto's in the hotel, we would recommend it to all.

Good accommodations.Too far from destination.A bit out of the way for where we need to be every day. Not really close to the shopping and restaurants we frequent.

It was very clean and the rooms were good size.Did not offer a continental Breakfast.I Thought it was a nice hotel But I thought for a 3 star hotel it would have been nicer the only thing I did not like is I wanted to be in Schulenburg and that is not what we got.

It was very quiet, clean and pleasant. The room was spacious with wonderful pillows.The room key did not open the room door 3 times in the two days and the supervisor had to use the master.My husband and I were in Carol Stream for a wedding. The hotel's location was close to all the goings on. It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay with friendly helpful employees. We didn't try the restaurant. Location.This hotel gave me a smoking room - very bad for me!The front desk forced me into a smoking room that smelled horrible. This room was expensive and I could not relax. I almost left but had no where else to go.

Check-in person was friendly.Bathroom was small.Our family lives in Wood Dale and normally, we stay in a motel within 5-10 minute drive from them because we are back and forth. Carol Stream was too inconvenient and too expensive in gas.
