Convenience, price, complimentary breakfast was fresh.Can't think of anything, I only slept there 1st night.I was only able to stay one night and it was very late. I encountered a car problem so I was unable to return to enjoy my stay. Returned on Monday morning for checkout.

The facility was average. However the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.The hotel was a little dated and dumpy.It was well with the price we paid for the room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff is what made the stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to keep the price of your stay to a minimum. Overall Rating:
Safe rural area, close to jams river.Second floor room.We have been staying at this hotel for years when we go up to fish in the jam's river. It is convenient, in a rural area, quiet, good parking for truck and boat and even has a fish scaling station in back.
