Helpful staff.Room was dirty and smelled like smoke. Didn't like the area of town.The lobby of the hotel was nice, however the room was dirty and smelled like smoke. The bed spread had a stain on it and was just overall very dirty. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable.

Nothing uncomfortable.Construction, water cut off, internet not easy.There was construction, bath room broken, no comfort, bad internet access. Very bad experience.

Location, staff person at the desk.Could use some serious renovations but good enough to crash for 4 hours and hit the road again.Needed a last minute place to crash - arrived very late (2AM), desk person was very helpful, room was tired - clean, comfortable but getting run down - just fine for the time I spent there.

Right near the 405.Old. Needs to be renovated. Needs security guards.This place is old. Hotel door did not have the additional locks (deadbolt, etc.) I had feared for my family's safety. Staff needs to be much friendly. This is by far the worst place I had ever stayed in.
