Very, very, very helpful and friendly staff.
Bed seemed like it was on an angle.I felt very safe and right at home.

Very good continental breakfast, more than just toast, cold cereal, and coffee.Some noise from guests above walking around very early in the morning.This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are good sized with nice bathrooms and fit the bill as a good middle of the road hotel experience.

They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.N/AI would recommend this holiday inn express without reservation. I heard the staff talking to other customers - one wanted coffee, staff asked if she would like "real cream" with her coffee. This is what I call above & beyond the norm.

Overall Rating:
Girls at front desk were excellent.Bed was too hard.Overall value was good - bed was a little too hard for me - was able to use a full service gym a short walk across the street.
