It is easy access from the Interstate 10. Easy to find.Room was not air conditioned upon arrival and the AC was not working. We had to move to another room.We had a problem with the AC not working and the desk was non-responsive. We had to go down to the desk to get any help. The staff was wonderful and made each guest feel like family.Location too far from event I attended.Excellent experience, except for the distance to the event I attended.

Reception staff friendly and very helpful.Bathroom arrangement very poor; no soap dish in shower; shower difficult to operate.Elevator a long way from many rooms. Ours was 3rd floor, the furthest room. We do recognize that this was a holiday weekend.

I liked the floor plan of the room and the friendliness of the staff.The tub was very flat, not comfortable for a bath but great for a shower.The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. We were there for New Years Eve and there was no out of control roudyness. The grounds were kept clean even through the wind storm. Staff was polite and helpful.
