Amenities were greater than many three stars.
There was no shuttle driver when I needed a ride. Also the heating didn't stay on automatically.The hotel is a bit pricey for a 2 1/2 star, but includes free breakfast, free computer with internet and printing in the lobby, shuttle service, and indoor pool. After I complained about air conditioner, they gave me another room.N/AI used this hotel in the past. I always get assigned to rooms with problems on a random basis. The staff will give a better room only if you complain.
