N/ALack of disability accommodation.Even though I checked in right at the earliest check in time, I was unable to get a room on the first floor (I have a disability - lung disease) I realize, however, I could have called ahead of time but don't usually need to, so I didn't think of it.

I appreciated the help given by the staff, especially setting up high speed internet on my laptop in the hotel room.There was nothing I did not like. Everything was great.As a business traveler, I enjoyed the overnight accommodations.

Location was pretty good, and it was fairly quiet.Bed was too hard and the continental breakfast needed to have more selections, doughnuts.Room in general was pretty good, was felt like we were rushed a little to leave each morning so the room could be cleaned.
