Friendly staff, clean room, eager to help and answere any questions.
The deodorizer wasn't pleasant, had to buy lysol to cover smell.
Hotel very clean, enjoyed no smoking. The room was clean, room service was good. Morning breakfast was very convenient, also internet access was an added plus. Odor in room was only complaint.

It took them a while to clean the rooms each day.
We enjoyed our stay. It was a great place for the kids. The breakfast was always good. The only problem was they need more room in the dining area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

For the price, this has to be the best deal in Charleston, which is a pricey locale during tourist times. Only complaint and you can't blame the residence Inn for this is that a maid entered the room without knocking first.
