Service was horrible. Late to wedding because valet could not get the car pulled around in 30 minutes.

Excellent location and ample room (two levels).
Not much in the way of amenities.
This is in an excellent location for getting about Charleston. It is within walking distance of many attractions and fine restaurants and is easy to get a bus, trolley or cab from the area. It is comfortable, the rooms are ample and the staff is friendly.

Unbelievable value for downtown Charleston. Great location and beautiful room. First class accommodations.
Shampoo made my hair feel like straw and hotel did not provide conditioner so it took me forever to comb out my hair. No diet coke.
Very nice room, made me feel like I was staying in someone's home. Very nice amenities. The hotel is located in one of the nicest areas in downtown Charleston and is central to all of the tourist attractions. I will recommend this hotel to all of my frien...Read More
