The person that originally checked me in was friendly and helpful.
The person who checked me out was rude and argumentative.
I told the manager I had 5 different complaints and instead of accommodating me and listening to my concerns, she nitpicked everything I said and embarrassed me in front of other customers. <BR/>

Location is great.
Rooms are dirty and the furnishings are worn out, not a good value for the money.
The furniture, carpet and bedding were worn and appeared dirty; lamps did not work; pictures had been torn off the walls; the patio door was broken and would not close. Management provided a second room with a queen size bed on the 4th floor of the other ...Read More

Good location within downtown Charleston.
Lack of convenient parking.
The hotel was structurally and aesthetically pleasing. I thought that the linens and showers could have been a bit more clean.
