Convenience to where we were going.
Air conditioners didn't work, everything was dirty.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fairly close to the Convention Center.
Non-smoking smelled of smoke. Undergoing much needed renovations.

Staff was friendly rooms were clean.
Outside of hotel was unattractive.
Our room had 2 non-working lamps and needed some maintenance to hotel period.

It was easy to find.
It was not very clean, friendly and we could see outside around the door. We didn't feel very safe or satisfied.
I would not recommend or ever use this hotel again.

Price.
Cleanliness, comfort, security.
They claimed the room we were in was recently renovated yet the floors were stained and the night stand wasn't even wiped down and the bedding was stained! The window of an adjacent room was also busted out.

Quality and price were about equal.
Check in took much too long. They were not that busy. Reserved non smoking. Had to take smoking.
Rooms were clean but smell of smoke was over powering. We wanted a bed and shower for one night. Price and quality were compatible. Everything o.k. Except the smoking smell in the rooms.

It had more than one lock on the door.
The floor and bed was filthy. The bathtub had hair clippings in it and the TV only displayed 8 channels.
There is nothing to review. This location needs a serious makeover!
