Had an ok exercise room.
Near a large truck stop and lots of truckers who all seamed to smoke stayed there.

Staff was attentive and friendly.
Seedy looking from the outside.
Basic two star comfort inn. Inside was clean. Location left a lot to be desired. The only upshot is that it was near a major highway.

Bad Location. Star Level should be downgraded.

Very accommodating to my needs as a business man.
The bathroom fixtures were very dated and not in good repair.
If you're here for business and just need a comfortable place to stretch out at a fair price this is a good choice

The desk clerk was nice.
The location, general safety, and cleanliness of the rooms need improvement.
I found the Comfort Inn UNCC to be subpar. I cannot speak of how much of my dissatisfaction stems from the remodeling and how much is always there, but I definitely found the hotel subpar.

There is nothing other than location that was positive about this hotel.
Everything else, except location. And I do mean everything
They are undergoing renovations. My suggestion to them is to keep on going. I stayed in a "renovated room" with mold under sink, torn wallpaper, stained carpet, crumbly walls near air unit and cig burned furniture. They need hose it all down and start aga...Read More
