The room was clean. Room service was excellent. The staff at the hotel were pleasant.
One of the telephone jacks in my room had a shortage. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
The hotel was clean. The staff was pleasant. My room was very nice. I loved the furniture. The bed was very comfortable. I also loved the fact that you can control the temperature in the room. My stay was very comfortable. The room service was excellent.

Wi-Fi access is not free for all rooms / rates / booking classes.
I was extremely pleased overall with the property. My only issue was that Wi-Fi was not included per my booking class / room rate. Only certain rooms and rates get this, all others pay $9.95 per day - even though the Guest Directory gives conflicting info...Read More

The food services was horrible in breakfast restaurant.

There was no pool.
This hotel was awful. There was no pool at the hotel. You needed to pay at the YMCA to use a pool. The shower was also awful. There was no water pressure. The water just trickled out of the faucet.

The pool facilities were associated with the YMCA and guest had to pay to use them.
The hotel and staff were great. Room service was very good. The only downside to staying at this hotel was the fact that you had to pay to swim and use any of the exercise equipment.
