The room was clean and nice.
The breakfast was not what they told us and the cable had problems for 2 days.
It was very nice inside and out. Lots of activities. It would be a great place for an extended stay.

I thought the room was clean and quite nice.
I had to switch rooms as the TV didn't work.
The front desk employees were warm and friendly. The hotel was conveniently located and 5 minutes from the Verizon Amphitheatre. The room was clean and comfortable with an upgraded kitchen and bath. Very nice for the price.

Pathetic service and staff.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, like a furnished appartment.
Well there were some children up above us that kept running around and stomping and we could hear it down stairs, but we didn't complain.

Bugs in tub, not waste baskets in bathroom, no elevator, trailer park setting.
