Location, right in the heart of Charlotte.
Room was in poor condition, several addtl cost items which we felt should have been included, staff was not helpful.
$10 per day charge to park in the hotels garage. No continental breakfast offered shower was stained and dirty shower head was rusted and about to fall off front desk was unapologetic.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is fairly expensive and nice for business, but not for families. There is nothing to do in downtown Charlotte. The food is nothing to write home about either.
