Overall Rating:
It was clean, with many features and a good lodging value.
The hotel is not the easiest to locate.The suite was well-equipped and the price was excellent. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel, and will return in future visits to Charlotte.

Fridge & microwave in room.The water in the bathroom leaked, the shades did not completely cover the windows, the cord on the iron didn't work, and it was not easy to locate hotel.I would not recommend it to or stay at again. The water in the bathroom did not just leak it ran! The iron had a cord that was defective. Location.Danger in crossing highway to get out in mornings.Internet cables not connected in rooms, bad cellular service in rooms, need inside cell antennas installed. Note a two star.

Had a refrigerator & stove, good curtains.Staff was never on duty, got no receipt on checkout.Not a 2 1/2 star hotel, had many good qualities, but had a noisy bathroom fan, poor shower curtain, and cheap towels. Television had very poor reception, for having cable TV.
