The person who checked me in was very helpful.NAThis hotel provided everything that my group needed. We were informed that we could park our car at the hotel instead of the airport and the shuttle would carry us to the airport and pick us up. That was very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

Cracker barrel was next door.The room smelled, furniture broken, bedding stained, door was busted in, man at front desk had an attitude.It was so crappy. The table in the room had a broken leg and was wobbly. If I put anything on it, it would have collapsed on the floor. The top blanket had stains on it. The door was difficult to close because it looked as if it was busted in.

Very helpful and efficient.Had a Smoking Room - I am asthmatic. Bought room deodorizer. Hotel had nothing to clear air.The curtain was loose from the rod on left side. Bathtub was dirty; no way could anyone sit in it. Title cracked and generally not a feeling of cleanliness. I have never requested a smoking room and they told me I did. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.The safety and hotel staff.The price was too high for the quality. Not to safe of an area. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The security was very friendly and helpful. That was a plus, the front desk person, Luke was awful.

It was close to the highway.It was DIRTY, the towels, the sheets, the bathroom. The sheets smelled like they were previously slept in.I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had easy access to I-71. Room service breakfast was good.Our key card was deactivated during our stay.
