 Positive Comment - The person who checked me in was very helpful.

 Negative Comment - NA

Review - This hotel provided everything that my group needed. We were informed that we could park our car at the hotel instead of the airport and the shuttle would carry us to the airport and pick us up. That was very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

 Positive Comment - Cracker barrel was next door.

 Negative Comment - The room smelled, furniture broken, bedding stained, door was busted in, man at front desk had an attitude.

Review - It was so crappy. The table in the room had a broken leg and was wobbly. If I put anything on it, it would have collapsed on the floor. The top blanket had stains on it. The door was difficult to close because it looked as if it was busted in.

 Positive Comment - Very helpful and efficient.

 Negative Comment - Had a Smoking Room - I am asthmatic. Bought room deodorizer. Hotel had nothing to clear air.

 Positive Comment - Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

 Negative Comment - The safety and hotel staff.

Review - The price was too high for the quality. Not to safe of an area. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The security was very friendly and helpful. That was a plus, the front desk person, Luke was awful.

 Positive Comment - It was close to the highway.

 Negative Comment - It was DIRTY, the towels, the sheets, the bathroom. The sheets smelled like they were previously slept in.

 Positive Comment - The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had easy access to I-71. Room service breakfast was good.

 Negative Comment - Our key card was deactivated during our stay. Some staff were friendly while others were rude.
