The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was comfy. A little noisy. Could hear folks coming and going and doors slamming. Toilet kept running. Annoying. I love this hotel and would book again.

The bathroom extras (shampoo, etc.) were nutrogena. Nice to have a brand name. There was neither a complementary breakfast or wireless Internet, a large negative for those who are there for business. Nice hotel. Would have been helpful to have free wireless Internet, and a free breakfast bar I would have expected from a 3.5 star hotel.

Clean, large room, convenient location. No free breakfast, no free in room Internet. A very clean 3 to 4 star business class hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. With an outside pool and indoor exercise room this property has what a busy traveler needs.
