 Positive Comment - Hotel was well staffed and the breakfast buffet was good.

 Negative Comment - Hotel needs new carpet.

Review - Management was very helpful and the services were very good, location of hotel was kind of hard to find.

 Positive Comment - Friendly front desk staff.

 Negative Comment - Card keys did not work. Other travelers had same problem. And no water pressure in shower.

Review - Overall the experience was good. Minimal dissatisfaction. The staff serving the breakfast lines was extremely rude, as well as the janitorial staff.

 Positive Comment - Breakfast was good.

 Negative Comment - We had a housekeeper come around to ask if we were checking out or staying. We knocked on everyones door on our floor.

Review - We enjoyed the stay for one night. We did not appreciate after putting up the do not disturb sign and the housekeeper still coming by to say she had to inquire if we were leaving that morning. She should check with the front desk if she wanted to get in t...Read More

Review - Should not have been a 3-star facility, 2 at the most. Overpriced for amenities.

 Positive Comment - Cleanliness, decor, and overall pleasantness of employees. I would highly recommend this hotel. In fact, I have now joined their hotel club.

 Negative Comment - I can't think of anything wrong.
