Close to UVA Medical Center.
To much of a hang out, and rundown rooms.

Its location is close to UVA hospital.
Water damage to wall under sink sink stopper was broken sink and tub needs a good cleaning carpet needed cleaning.
Hotel staff was nice, room needs to be remodeled. It was okay for the one night stay.

The pool was clean and family friendly.
My room was dirty upon arrival and my second room had an insect problem.

The size of the bed.
The ripped wall paper, small walking space, slow internet, shower liner was loose.
The stay was nice, but at the time there was no ac. the towel service could have bin better. I would stay there again!

Location and outside grounds.
Highly overpriced, rooms not cleaned, lamps did not work, little hot water.
Water in shower only lukewarm, trash on floor never cleaned. Two lamps did not work--and the list goes on and on. NEVER again.

It had a nice pool, good location, and friendly staff.
The bed was falling apart, old coffee still in the coffee pot, asked for non-smoking, twice, and did not get it.
I did not have a good experience overall. The bathroom and sink area need to be replaced instead of adding even more caulk and glazing. The coating on the tub was flaking off. I have paid less for better.
