The staff was extremely friendly.
It was over priced.We stayed here because it was the last hotel available. It was out dated and uncomfortable. The room was very small. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Close to UVA Medical Center.To much of a hang out, and rundown rooms.Great location to UVA. Had to have a room on short notice cause my son had emergency knee surgery. The room was ok. Semi-clean. The pool was clean and family friendly.My room was dirty upon arrival and my second room had an insect problem.Although we loved the pool, the rest of the hotel was fairly disappointing. The size of the bed.The ripped wall paper, small walking space, slow internet, shower liner was loose.The stay was nice, but at the time there was no ac. the towel service could have bin better. I would stay there again!

Location and outside grounds.Highly overpriced, rooms not cleaned, lamps did not work, little hot water.Water in shower only lukewarm, trash on floor never cleaned. Two lamps did not work--and the list goes on and on. NEVER again.

It had a nice pool, good location, and friendly staff.The bed was falling apart, old coffee still in the coffee pot, asked for non-smoking, twice, and did not get it.I did not have a good experience overall. The bathroom and sink area need to be replaced instead of adding even more caulk and glazing. The coating on the tub was flaking off. I have paid less for better.
