The staff goes out of their way to make your stay more than comfortable. 24 hour desk service, complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, and clean bathrooms.Bad neighborhood, staff unfriendly, power went out twice within 20 minutes staff response was "you're using too much power".I chose this hotel because its close location to cal state Northridge. Clean and friendly.Free breakfast should include bacon and eggs.This is a good clean hotel for short stays. The rooms were roomy and no smoking meant no smoking. The property is older and could use some sprucing up.
