The attitude of the staff.
Bed was too hard.It was hard to correctly rate it because there was a large family reunion going on there and they were taxed by them.

Close to shopping and restaurants.Safety and quality of things in the hotel were unacceptable.Back door did not lock, toilet seat cover was off and piece of plastic was over it not fitting, carpet ripped, mattress extremely hard and uncomfortable, lights went out in bathroom while I was taking a shower on morning of check out, towels very hard. Refrigerator and Microwave.Would have liked some fruit available.Our room was clean and beds had real fitted sheets - mattresses were in good shape. Staff were very courteous; no noisy neighbors.

Location.Paint peeling in the pool, stale mildew smell in the room, malfunctioning remote control.The first room they put me smelled strongly of mildew, the next was stale smelling but not as bad as the first. Restaurant opens early (6:00) in morning even on weekends.Air conditioning impossible to control. Unit very old.Convenient to airport. Near many shopping malls and many good restaurants. Airport shuttle and for a small fee a shuttle to any place you need to go.

In hotel restaurant had very good breakfast.Our room was next to the elevator shaft and its would make knocking sounds throughout the night.Good location, nice indoor pool, good food from the in hotel restaurant.

Clean, off the highway, very friendlyN/AWe were very pleased with our stay. Even when I called to confirm reservations, the girl I talked to was very nice, very friendly. Didn't act like I was wasting her time(like I have had receptionists do in the past) Would highly recommend.
