The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the place was just neat and fun.The bed felt like I was sleeping on plywood.I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend friends and family to go there and would stay there again!

Close to free bus.Was not clean, said this building had been remodeled didn't seem like it.This did not seem like a Holiday Inn, windows were not clean, they need to rebuild it because the building did not seem redone, and not worth the money they charge. Breakfast was cold and not worth the money. I would not stay here again.

Garden courtyard.The tub drained really slow.The lobby looked nice but the rooms needed some plumbing attention. The staff could a bit friendlier especially coming in the evening. Thought it would have a lot nicer.

The features & attractions are incredible. The grounds are beautiful.Nothing really. I didn't care for the bed, but my girlfriend liked it.The historic setting for this hotel is wonderful. The lobby, the dining facilities, the museums, and rose gardens in the court yard are all incredible.
