Location.Had a smell of old socks.This hotel had none of the things, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, no HBO. When I asked for these items I was told they were not included at this price. If you are going to Chattanooga, there are a lot of better places for the price instead of Knight's Inn....Read More

Very rude and unprofessional.The Arab that was rude to me.I left right after check in when the clerk walked into my room without knocking. They need to educate their employees on how to treat guests.

The rooms were inside.Staff was not friendly and never greeted us.This hotel was not located at Hamilton mall but off shadow something. Can't remember the exact location.

Great location.Cleanliness, friendliness, service.I would recommend this hotel for those who don't care about a clean carpet, unfriendly staff and are prepared to request items, towels that should have been provided at the time of check in. It was quiet and convenient.

Wireless internet, good location, quiet hotelThe lady at the front desk was rude at check-inI was overall impressed with the quality of this hotel as it was a lower star quality. The staff were unfriendly but the room felt clean, included a microwave and fridgerator, and wireless internet. I wasn't expecting all that for such a low price.
