The room was nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful.
The pool was small.We loved this hotel! It was in a great location and the room was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast buffet was very good.

It was a clean, modern hotel and was located in a good spot.The staff did not seem to know how to do their job. Staff was polite, but clueless as to how unauthorized charges was added to my bill.The hotel is located in great area of downtown. It is very accessible to the Free Electric Shuttle and only a block from the main tourist area of downtown. The staff was friendly, but seemed to lack hotel management and operations experience.

Location is great and we stayed here before so we new what we were getting.The rate was almost double what we paid a year earlier for the same room even with your prices.Family friendly, convenient to area attractions. The staff is courteous and the free breakfast was a hit with the little kids.
