The suite concept.
The common areas were always dirty, never picked up trash out side of the door, management does not keep a watchful eye.

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast the first morning. The next day it changed.
The toilet set should be changed.
Overall the hotel is ok. My husband was not happy with the lack of air in the hallway. He said he would not use it again. As for myself I think it was fair.

Friendly staff.
Room was filthy and smoky. I was sick for days due to allergies smoke, mold mildew.

Breakfast was good.
The heating/AC system. The pull out bed mattress was awful.
The room temperature was never comfortable. It would get too hot or too cold. It was nice, but the pull out couch bed mattress was awful and the kids sank to the middle of the bed. The breakfast was good.

It took 4 attempts and 2 calls to front desk for access code for internet use in the office.
The staff is
friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast has good selections. The atmosphere is cozy.
