Very clean, comfortable, and a friendly staff.
View from our room was not good but this was minor!
After reading some of the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised by our visit. The front desk staff was very friendly. Since my husband has asthma, I called ahead and asked for a pet-free room. When I arrived at the hotel they had already also removed all do...Read More

Security guard woke me out of my sleep at 5 am on the last day of my vacation about a noise complaint this in turn ruined an otherwise nice experience. The security guard had the personality of a brick and should have used better judgement.

This is our 4th time staying at this hotel, and I must say our room was the cleanest it has ever been. We were quite pleased. We only stayed one night however, we will be back in the future.

$15/day valet parking charge. NO breakfast. Small room with pedestal sink so no place to put your toiletries.
The closet was huge, with a dresser in it!, but the bathroom with its pedestal sink, had no place to set toiletries. Breakfast was only for Starwood Club platinum members, but staff recommended local eateries closeby. Pool had NO bathrooms/shower areas fo...Read More

The lobby was gorgeous! We had fun exploring the hotel and surrounding areas.
Our TV did not work great -- had fuzzy line down the center of it and the remote did not work.
Lovely hotel! Great architectural details and history, very convenient location, easy parking across the street (did have to pay for it, but space was good all weekend), and comfy bed linens. The pool was indoor but not great -- small and shallow. Overall...Read More
