Cleanliness, comfort.
Location was not great.The staff was very helpful. The van service was great. While we had to wait a few times for a shuttle, it wasn't bad. We were not on a tight time schedule. This could be a problem if you were trying to make meeting times.

I was very surprised at the inside because the outside was not attractive. Staff was extremely pleasant.Neighborhood did not look too friendly/appealing.Only stayed one night. Staff was extremely pleasant and hotel room was very clean, bed was also very comfortable. The only thing that stuck out was that the elevators were very dirty. Very clean room/bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet at night.Breakfast not included w/overnight stay, no shuttle service from hotel to Boston's N. end.Although this hotel is not located in the "best" area in terms of surrounding neighborhoods, it is a beautiful and clean hotel, and it was comfortable and quiet at night.

Staff very accommodating when needed other items, microwave, refigerator etc.N/AI would stay here again, especially because of the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Would have used the pool, closed sooner than expected.
