The room was fabulous, be sure to request an upgraded room, the manager is gracious.
The valet parking is too expensive.
Our stay at the Seneca was wonderful. We played phone tag with the manager regarding some questions and he graciously upgraded us to a wonderful suite. He was very accommodating in all ways during our stay. The location is perfect, you're right in the mid...Read More

In-house dry-cleaning facilities did same-day service.
Room smelled funny upon arrival and was sort of small.
Overall, it was great. Great security, SUPER-helpful staff. I was in town for a wedding and realized the day of the affair that I could really use my dress dry-cleaned. The downstairs cleaners not only did it same day, but delivered it to the front desk f...Read More

Great central location in downtown Chicago.
Rooms were very old, overnight parking price of $46 a night seemed high even for Chicago.
Great location.

The furniture and decor were outdated; mattress was worn and a little uncomfortable; refrigerator in suite did not work properly.
We stayed at this hotel with our 2 children - ages 3 & 10. We wanted a hotel that offered suite accommodations and easy access to Michigan Ave.
The room was
very clean, but the furniture was a little worn and the overall decor a little outdate...Read More

The rooms needed a little TLC. The shower water was warm at best.
